Ontario's Legislative Building

Visit one of Toronto's top free attractions for the whole family! Located at Queen's Park in the heart of downtown just steps from the ROM, this historic 1893 Toronto landmark is the seat of Ontario's Parliament and is fully open for accessible visits. Frequent free tours are offered on weekdays and Saturdays year-round, and daily throughout the summer (including holidays) from Victoria Day (mid-May) to Labor Day. Watch parliamentary debates live during fall and spring (Monday to Thursday) - first come, first served and no reservations required. Security screening required and government photo ID must be shown for all those 16 and up for access.
