Learn how to paint an Oak leaf using watercolour paint and colour pencil in this four-part, beginner-friendly workshop in High Park. Students will learn how to mix and layer colour washes in order to create an image that has depth and feels true to life. Our instructor, noted local artist and naturalist Alan Li, will guide each stage of the process through group demonstrations and provide individual attention. Attendees will observe and paint from actual pressed oak leaves (we will not be copying photos).
All art materials will be provided. Just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm!
