-With over 20 years experience in teaching elementary science I had the priviledge of working with kids as they became awe struck over experiments, unexplained events and the possibilities of what could be. As they became older and the focus was directed to grades and outcomes, however, confidence and mental-fortitude to positively wonder and take chances began to slip. It's with my greatest intention that Drop Thought Kids encourages children to explore without the fear of failure. In looking to what could be we increase the joy of wonder, encourage discussion and sharing of opinions and strengthen our understanding of STEM, science and art. Currently workshops are help at River Grove Community Centre and Frank McKechnie Community Centre in Mississauga.
