COOKSMART is a fun, hands-on, curriculum-based nutrition and cooking program designed to engage students in cooking basics and healthy choices.

We are proud to host a series of youth workshops, ages 13+. This will be an engaging hands-on workshop to empower teens make better food decisions for their skin, body-type, stress management and includes preparing some easy meals and snacks for food independence.
